Our Mission
Our mission is to cultivate practical and creative intellectuals who use the knowledge gained from smart conversations and debates; from daily reading, writing and math; and from a wide variety of challenging field experiences to reflect critically on their involvement in civic life. The school embodies three principles: authentic learning through the real world; dealing with children one mind at a time and providing a forum in which students form a strong social identity with respect to their history and their surroundings.
